Q: Do you donate a portion of sales to charities that support the troops?
A: Absolutely. A portion of each sale is donated to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund. The Fund honors the bravery and dedication exhibited by Americans in our armed forces who have sacrificed life and limb by providing educational scholarships to their children.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you're not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned as delivered and cannot be worn or used in any manner. In addition, all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. The puchase price will be refunded minus shipping charges. Shipping charges will be returned if the return is due to a Stars and Stripes Shop error. Please contact us before you return the item for return instructions. We will credit your charge card when we receive the returned merchandise.
Q: What happens if my order is returned as undeliverable?
A: If an invalid address is entered during checkout and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges to have the package redelivered. If the customer does not want to pay to have it redelivered, we we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling charges.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Unless otherwise indicated on the site, you will normally receive your order within 3-5 days of when your order is shipped. You will receive an email when your order is shipped or if there are other changes in your order status. We select the best shipping method available depending on the weight, value, contents, and delivery location. We generally ship by USPS (Priority Mail or First Class) or UPS Ground. Q: Is your online shopping site secure?

Q: What do you charge for shipping and handling?
