Q: What do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: S&H charges are calculated using the subtotal of your order. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more (USPS First Class or UPS Ground).
USPS First Class or UPS Ground Shipping Rates:
Subtotal up to $10.00 = $1.95
Subtotal $10.01 to $25.00 = $4.95
Subtotal $25.01 to $35.00 = $6.95
Subtotal $35.01 to $49.99 = $7.95
Subtotal $50 or more = FREE
USPS Priority Mail is also available for a flat rate of $10.00 on all orders.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Unless otherwise indicated on the site, you will normally receive your order within 3-5 days of when your order is shipped. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. You will receive an email when your order is shipped or if there are other changes in your order status. We select the best shipping method available depending on the weight, value, contents, and delivery location. We generally ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Q: Can I pay more for shipping to expedite my order?
A: You may select USPS Priority for $10. USPS Priority Mail guarantees 2-3 day delivery, depending on your location. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
Q: Do you ship to international/overseas addresses?
A: At this time we do not ship to international addresses. However, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses.
